Dr Victorien Dougnon, participated in the 7th ASRIC congress, in Zanzibar, Tanzania under the
theme: “Leveraging Science and Technology to Attenuation of Natural and Human-Made
Hazards”. This strategic meeting brought together decision-makers, scientists and innovators to
discuss tackling hazards, resilience through innovation, and strategies for
intellectual property in collaborative research.
