Officially founded in 2017 at the University of Abomey-Calavi, our unit focuses on combating antimicrobial resistance and valorizing African medicinal plants. Born from a dream and built on excellence, rigor, and innovation, URMAPha combines high-level training, scientific production, international partnerships, and patented innovation.
