2024 Annual Conference on Antimicrobial Resistance

Dr Boris Brice Legba, from URMAPha, participated in the 2024 annual conference on
antimicrobial resistance, organized by React Africa and the South Centre, in
partnership with the Zambian National Institute of Public Health and the Zambian Ministry of
health, Under the theme “Global responsibility for responding to resistance to
antimicrobials: Investing in priorities for Africa", he co-facilitated a session on
lasting impact during the ICARS pre-conference, highlighting our project at
Benin aimed at curbing the importation of antimicrobial resistance via the chicks of a
day.
